I strongly disagree with the other reviewer. I had what was to me a strange electrical problem and limped into their establishment. They attended to me right away, accurately diagnosed it in a few minutes, repaired it in less than an hour, at a very reasonable price for both parts and labor, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Their handling of the entire manner was thoroughly professional, and they even went out of their way to suggest ways to save money, rather than 'stcking it to me'. Not only that, but I had a chance to observe their handling of several other clients while I was waiting, and found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate in their customer service. Highly recommended.

I am a distributor who travels all over the state of Florida. In January I was traveling through Naples when my brake lights failed. I stopped at a local NAPA Auto Parts store to try and diagnose the problem. They recomended that I take the vehicle over to Auto Works for the repair. When I arrived at the repair shop they knew just what the problem was. I had explained to them that I was four hundred miles from home and needed to have this repaired as soon as they could. It was about four thirty in the afternoon and I knew they wanted to go home soon. It only took them an hour and a half to do the job. I even told them if they needed to charge a "little" extra thats fine. BIG MISTAKE!! They not only charged extra but stuck it to me real good. They charged me twice as much for the part than it was worth(I know because I checked) The labor was $273.00 for less than two hours. Last time I checked that is close to what a Lawyer makes. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE BEFORE YOU DECIDE. THEY MAY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS BUT THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!!!
